What Yella stores. Your email address, and the board you write: items, drawers and lanes. Nothing else. No analytics, no ads, no tracking scripts.
Who can see your board. Only you. Every board is locked to its owner in the database. Topfield does not read boards, except to fix a problem you ask us to fix.
Where it lives. In a Supabase database (hosted Postgres), with a copy in your own browser so Yella works offline. One backup a day is kept for 30 days so a bad day can be undone.
Your controls. Settings lets you download your whole board as a file at any time, and delete your account. Deleting removes your account, your board and its backups immediately.
Sign-in. By emailed code, or with Google. With Google, Yella receives your name and email address and nothing else. There are no passwords to leak.
